About Us

Randy Baker

Randy, LMT (MT010074) is an advanced level Myofascial Release Therapist and Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapist.

Experiencing Myofascial Release first as a client due to his own tension, pain, and stress, Randy brings a unique perspective to the clinical setting as he fully understands what it is to be in pain and struggle with tightness and anxiety. Randy is passionate about sharing the only modality that offered him long-term relief from his symptoms: Myofascial Release. Offering hands-on treatment for new and old pain, persistent tightness, stress, or recurring tension; Randy specializes in the John F. Barnes' Approach to Myofascial Release.

Backed by scientific research and years of clinical experience, myofascial release uses gentle, sustained pressure or stretch to release the body's connective tissue system to bring long-term relief and resolution of symptoms. It is excellent for clients who have acute pain problems as well as those with chronic pain and complex symptoms that persist despite traditional medical intervention. Randy thoroughly enjoys helping people authentically return to a pain-free, active lifestyle. He looks forward to working with clients seeking assessment, treatment, and individualized care from a whole new perspective!

Randy is the only therapist in the country that uses the two powerful therapies of John Barnes Myofascial Release and Avigo Maya Abdominal Therapy to treat the entire mind and body. His clients say they feel like a new person; “Physically, I feel better than I have in a long time, and mentally I feel better than ever” (Tiffany, 2016); Many have felt a change in their quality of life.“I melted into bed and slept until my phone rang at 2:30. I fell back to sleep at 3 and slept the rest of the night. It felt so good to finally get a good night’s rest. Thank you!” (Anne, 2016). Randy has found that using Myofascial Release and Maya Abdominal in tandem not only relieves physical pain and tightness, but also helps relieve anxiety and depression.
